What You Will DoPerform skilled commercial/industrial painting and coatings work
Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship while meeting production expectations
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Recognize and report hazards; help maintain a safe job site
Use tools, materials, and equipment properly and efficiently (E.g., Boom lifts, Sprayers, Blasters, etc.)
Participate in ongoing training and career development
Work with minimal on-site supervision while supporting a highly engaged crew

Basic Qualifications1+ year commercial or industrial painting/coatings experience
Strong safety awareness and knowledge
Experience using trade tools, materials, and equipment
Valid driver's license + clean MVR
Reliable transportation (job sites may vary)
Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening
High school diploma preferred
Preferred SkillsQuick learner with strong production awareness
Able to excel in a fast-paced, active environment
OSHA?10 knowledge (certification a plus)
Stage work (preferred but not required)
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 1550 lbs
Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder work
Use of power tools and equipment as required
