Implementation Associate (Entry Level)
As an Implementation Associate (Entry Level), you will report to the Activation & Integration Manager and will be a critical part of our Activation team. You will help our clients get up and running on the rater8 software platform, as well as support interfaces for current clients.What You’ll DoOwn and manage several basic activation projects simultaneously from start to finish, serving as the technical expertWork closely with the client’s IT contact(s) to scope out integrations for different Practice Management systems/Electronic Health Records, mainly manual report uploads and turn-key automated interfacesCollaborate with the client’s primary contact(s) to ensure their expectations are met with respect to their dashboard configuration and go-live timelineOversee the Tier 1 support team’s configuration of new client dashboards and participate as neededAssist the Activation and Integration Team with the (Tier 2) shared support queue.
