Field Service Technician

This role is responsible for servicing and supporting air compressors and related compressed air systems while delivering high-quality customer service. The Service Technician works directly with customers to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform maintenance, and provide effective technical solutions in the field.Job Duties:Provide on-site technical support and repair of customer equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on air compressors and related productsInspect and service air compressors, dryers, and compressed air accessoriesTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical system failuresExplain system capabilities, operations, features, and benefits to customersRecommend corrective actions to meet and exceed customer expectationsComplete all required paperwork, including work orders, service orders, and customer documentationMaintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer serviceFollow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company policiesWork safely to prevent injuries, property damage, and maintain clean job sitesPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Strong mechanical and electrical skillsCommitment to customer satisfactionReliable, dependable, and willing to learnValid driver’s license with a clear driving recordAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and stooping
