Frontier Integrity Solutions (FIS) is a leading third-party pipeline inspection company providing a comprehensive range of inspection and maintenance services to support our clients' operational and regulatory compliance needs across the United States.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and service-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting employee lifecycle activities, benefits administration, HR compliance, and HRIS management while delivering exceptional customer service to our employees and field personnel.

This position is being hired as a temporary role with the opportunity for permanent employment. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and are a good fit for the team may be considered for a full-time permanent position as business needs allow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Records & HRIS Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Audit employee data and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
Onboarding & Compliance
Coordinate and process all new hire documentation.
Complete HRIS setup and onboarding activities.
Review and verify I-9 documentation and employment eligibility requirements.
Coordinate and monitor background screenings and pre-employment requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment requirements.
Benefits Administration
Assist with health and welfare benefit administration, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations.
Submit employee eligibility information to benefit vendors and carriers.
Assist with monthly benefit invoice reconciliation and auditing.
Respond to employee benefit inquiries and provide general guidance regarding available benefit programs.
Employee Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and employment-related matters.
Provide timely and professional customer service to employees, managers, and external partners.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Process Improvement
Conduct audits of HRIS, benefits, payroll, and related systems to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend efficiencies and improvements.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of administrative or office experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous Human Resources experience.
Experience with HRIS platforms.
Experience with Kronos-based software.
Experience with Scissortail HCM strongly preferred.
Knowledge of HR, benefits, payroll, and employment practices.
