As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities - Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding payments - Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities - Follow legal requirements and company policies when pursuing collections - Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues - Conduct account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies for collection - Utilize financial concepts and account reconciliation skills to effectively manage accounts receivable Requirements - Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet collection targets - Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record keeping This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about collections and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
