Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our production team. This roleis responsible for assembling small solenoid valves through repetitive, precision-based tasks in afast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride inconsistency, quality, and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble small solenoid valve components according to standard operating proceduresPerform repetitive assembly tasks with speed and precision throughout shiftInspect completed units for quality and consistency before moving to next stageMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workstationMeet daily production and quality targetsReport any equipment issues or defects to a supervisor promptlyFollow all safety protocols and PPE requirementsRequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be eligible to work in the U.S. And pass E-Verify employment verificationBilingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with team members and supervisorsAbility to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationAbility to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 lbsReliable attendance and punctualityPrior assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required - training provided Schedule &CompensationFull-Time, Monday- Friday6: 30 AM - 3: 00 PM$16.00/houAbout Charlotte, NCReady to embark on a new career adventure?
