What You'll Do: As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Oversee sanitation and washdown processes for production equipment, ensuring proper chemical use, safety compliance, and cleanliness standards are maintained. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience Experience overseeing sanitation processes, including cleaning production equipment using industrial chemicals and ensuring proper safety procedures. Strong active listening, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership skillsProficient in business math (basic algebra, rate, ratio calculations) High integrity and ethical standardsStrong time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse management software Work Schedule 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
