Parts Driver - Entry Level

Erdman Automotive is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Driver to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of automobiles and a strong desire to grow in the automotive industry. The role is heavily customer-facing and requires excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Deliver automotive parts to customers and internal departments safely and on time. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts warehouse. Accurately process daily sales and return parts invoices. Assist in keeping parts properly stocked and organized on shelves. Provide exceptional customer service with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Use dealership inventory software to track parts and invoices. Continuously learn about automotive parts and technologies to stay current. Work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and improve processes. Qualifications: Basic technical knowledge and understanding of automobiles. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry. Proficiency with computers and inventory systems.
