We work with private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices, and senior executives to reduce digital exposure and mitigate cyber, fraud, reputational, and physical security risks.We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Relationship Development Associate to help expand our presence across key financial markets.This is a highly relationship-driven growth role focused on developing and managing strategic relationships across private equity and hedge fund ecosystems. It is not a high-volume outbound sales role or a heavily demo-driven position. The right person will be someone who is entrepreneurial, self-directed, commercially sharp, and excited about building a territory and portfolio over time.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage relationships across private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices, and related financial institutionsLeverage existing networks and cultivate new relationships to originate opportunitiesBuild and manage your own portfolio of strategic relationshipsHelp drive long-term client relationships, including renewals and upsellsAttend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings across major financial hubsTravelPotential quarterly travel to Hush headquarters in DetroitAdditional travel as needed to markets including New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and other key financial centersBackground We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience in private equity, investor relations, fundraising, business development, capital introduction, or related financial services rolesStrong relationship management and communication skillsComfortable operating independently and managing complex client relationshipsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a territoryExisting relationships within the alternative's ecosystemInterest in cybersecurity, executive protection, digital privacy, or SaaS is helpful but not requiredCompensation$150,000 base salaryAdditional $100,000–$150,000+ in commission and performance incentivesUpside tied to both new business generation and long-term account growth / renewalsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, wants meaningful autonomy, and is motivated by the opportunity to help scale a fast-growing company while building their own book of business over time.
