This practice offers personalized attention in a friendly, courteous environment, with providers specializing in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, and Medical Acupuncture—supporting patients at every step of their health journey.What You'll DoProvide comprehensive, evidence-based primary carePerform Annual Health Assessments (AHA) and Chronic Care Management (CCM)Focus on prevention, education, and long-term health outcomesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate careUtilize EHR systems to improve workflows and patient outcomesWhat You BringBoard Certified Physician with active California licenseCompleted residency in relevant specialty1–3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)Strong communication and team collaboration skillsExperience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)What's OfferedCompensation: $250,000 – $300,000Quality bonus + sign-on bonus + relocation assistanceClinic-based setting (no hospital rounding)Collaborative, team-based environmentSupportive culture focused on patient care and clinical excellenceIf you're passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, we'd love to connect.
