Probate Paralegal Norton/Barberton, OhioRole overviewClient is seeking a full-time Probate Paralegal to join its team. While prior paralegal experience is preferred, candidates with a paralegal degree who are eager to learn will also be considered. The ideal applicant should demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, solid math and accounting skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities include preparing estate and guardianship documents from beginning to completion, drafting estate planning materials such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds, and assisting with Medicaid planning. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Puritas Springs software is expected. Additional duties involve tracking deadlines, drafting correspondence, communicating with clients and colleagues, and supporting attorneys as directed.
