The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met. This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.Overview, plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling Sofive Soccer Centers to provide the highest level of customer service.Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.Ensure that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff.Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience working in a customer-focused environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.J-18808-Ljbffr
