Job DutiesStart Date: 03/01/2026End Date: 11/15/2026Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hours/day, 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.A general work week is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, because of the complexity of the crop conditions workers may be requested to work long days as well as on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, depending upon the conditions of the commodities being produced. Therefore, hours above 40 per week may be offered but are not guaranteed.Must Apply By: 07/09/2026Job Duties: Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray and harvest corn and soybean crops. Transport harvested commodities from farm to market using grain trucks. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
