Our fast paced and casual work environment is highly focused on "Working to Wow" our customers, community, and employees.The Trade Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that drive dealer engagement, product sell-through, and brand consistency across all B2B trade channels. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, translating trade strategies into compelling, conversion-oriented creative for dealers, distributors, and events.This position partners closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, Brand Director, Creative Director, and Director of Dealer Sales to deliver assets that support promotions, product launches, dealer programs, and in-market execution.Primary DutiesTrade Channel Creative ExecutionDesign and produce dealer-facing marketing assets including:POP displays, signage, and in-store merchandising materialsDealer flyers, promo sheets, and sales enablement toolsCo-op advertising templates and partner-ready creativeAdapt brand creative into channel-specific executions optimized for dealer environmentsDealer & Sales Enablement SupportCreate sales tools that help reps and dealers sell more effectively:Product one-pagers and comparison sheetsPromo guides and seasonal campaign assetsDealer graphics and downloadable assetsEnsure assets are practical, easy to deploy, and aligned to real-world dealer useCampaign & Promotion SupportExecute creative for:Promotional calendars (Q1-Q4 campaigns, Big 5 events, etc.)Product launches and sell-in initiativesDealer incentive programs and spiffsEvents & Experiential DesignDesign visual assets for:Trade shows and dealer eventsEvent-specific promotional materials and handoutsBrand Consistency & AdaptationMaintain brand standards across all trade marketing materials while adapting for channel needsCollaborate with Creative Director to ensure alignment with overall continuityCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Trade Marketing Manager for priorities and execution timelinesBrand Director & Creative Director for visual directionDealer Sales Team to understand field needs and feedbackIncorporate real-world dealer and rep feedback into creative improvementsAsset Management & ProductionOrganize and maintain trade marketing asset library for dealer accessPrepare files for print, digital distribution, and large-format productionManage versioning across channels, promotions, and dealer typesQualificationsEducation / ExperienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in:Trade marketingRetail, dealership, or aftermarket environmentsExperience supporting sales teams or B2B channels strongly preferredStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Ability to design for both print and digital formatsUnderstanding of merchandising principles and in-store visual impactAbility to translate business objectives into effective visual communicationStrong attention to detail with ability to execute quickly under deadlinesThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity.
