Employee Relations Team Lead

Serve as the daily point of escalation for Employee Relations team, providing guidance on complex and sensitive ER matters. Collaborate with Employee Relations leadership to deliver training and development programs for leadership teams, enhancing ER capabilities across the organization. Manage the assignment and prioritization of ER cases for assigned regions. Monitor and review the ER case load dashboard to ensure timely and effective resolution. Prepare detailed reports and trend analyses for the Director of Employee Relations and partner with HRB - Ps. Provides feedback for annual performance reviews, team development, and oversight. Contribute to ER-related projects and initiatives as needed, supporting continuous improvement and strategic goals. Handle complex cases including ADA accommodations, leave management, and non-compete placements, investigations with Leaders as the focus of the investigation with a high degree of confidentiality and legal awareness.
