Job Title: GRC Analyst (AI Risk & Governance Focus)Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension or conversion)Compensation: $40-45/hr (W-2)OverviewOur client is seeking a GRC Analyst with exposure to AI risk and governance to support enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. This role will focus heavily on managing and resolving a high volume of governance-related tickets (100+) within ServiceNow, while supporting AI-related risk assessments and oversight activities.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in GRC processes, ticket-based workflows, and regulatory/compliance environments, with the ability to apply those principles to emerging AI technologies. This position plays a key role in ensuring governance standards, internal controls, and risk mitigation practices are consistently followed across business and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance, Risk & Compliance (Core Focus)Manage and resolve a high volume of ServiceNow tickets (100+) related to governance, risk, and compliance requests.Review, triage, and respond to incoming requests, ensuring adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Support governance workflows by tracking issues, documenting findings, and ensuring timely resolution of open items.Partner with business and technical teams to ensure proper documentation, controls, and approvals are in place.Assist with issue management, remediation tracking, and periodic follow-ups.Maintain and improve governance processes, procedures, and controls.AI Risk & Governance (Secondary Focus)Support risk assessments and governance reviews for AI-related solutions and initiatives.Help evaluate AI use cases against internal responsible AI (RAI) standards, policies, and regulatory expectations.Identify and document risks associated with AI development, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Compliance, InfoSec, Internal Audit) to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise risk frameworks.Audit, Documentation & ReportingPrepare clear, concise documentation including workpapers, audit findings, and governance reports.Collect and analyze data to support risk assessments, ticket resolution, and compliance reporting.Provide actionable recommendations to improve governance processes and controls.Track progress and report updates to leadership on ticket queues, risk findings, and remediation efforts.Collaboration & ExecutionWork cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and risk partners.Support onboarding and guidance for less experienced team members on governance processes.Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the GRC function.Effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.Qualifications3+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, audit, or governance-related roles.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/governance systems (strongly preferred).Proven ability to manage high-volume ticket queues and governance workflows.Strong understanding of governance frameworks, controls, and risk management practices.Exposure to AI, data governance, or emerging technology risk is a plus.Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or compliance reviews.Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Nice to HaveKnowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, or SOC controlsExposure to Responsible AI (RAI) or AI governance programsBackground in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)Key Traits for SuccessDetail-oriented and process-drivenComfortable with repetitive, high-volume ticket workStrong communicator and collaboratorAble to balance governance rigor with practical business needsDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight ElevenGroup family of companiesand operate under Eight ElevenGroup, LLC.
