You price the job using our flat-rate system and complete the service professionally.Throughout The Day, You’llRun service calls and maintenance visitsTroubleshoot complex system issuesDocument work, parts, and findings accuratelyStay connected with dispatch and your teamBottom line: You own the call—from diagnosis to solution to customer experience.What You’ll Be Responsible ForDiagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems in residential settingsUse tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot system failuresIdentify root causes and implement lasting solutionsPerform preventative maintenance and system checksCommunicate clearly with customers to explain issues and solutionsCalculate pricing using flat-rate system and collect paymentMaintain accurate documentation of work, materials, and findingsRead blueprints and understand system design when neededCollaborate with dispatch, supervisors, and team membersFollow all safety protocols, codes, and company standardsWhat Makes You a FitEPA Certification (required)Valid driver’s licenseHigh school diploma or equivalentTrade school (completed or in progress per state requirements)2–3+ years of HVAC service experience (strongly preferred)Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate clearly with customersFamiliar with HVAC codes and regulationsComfortable using tools, testing equipment, and mobile systemsPhysically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all conditionsAuthorized to work in the U.S.Compensation + Perks$26 - $36+ per hour (based on experience — no guesswork)Overtime opportunitiesYear-round, steady workOngoing training and skill developmentBacked by 50+ years of trusted service in New JerseyStrong dispatch support and consistent call flowWorking ConditionsIndoor and outdoor work in all weather conditionsModerate to loud environmentsMay include early mornings, evenings, weekendsPhysical work: climbing, kneeling, lifting, bending (up to 75 lbs)Our Hiring ProcessWe Move Fast And Keep It SimpleClick apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions.
