Job Responsibilities Be the first smiling face that people see upon arriving to Aiea Bowl! Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests. Take calls and messages professionally and kindly, passing messages along to the correct extensions as necessary. Assist customers with securing shoe rentals, ball rentals, and lane issues if the front desk is unmanned. Assist with keeping rental bowling shoes organized. Be open and willing to back up the Operations Manager with miscellaneous tasks, if asked. Personal Skills Excellent communication skills. Able to resolve customer conflicts in a precise and professional manner. Basic cash handling and arithmetic skills. Able to multitask and to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances. Able to work with Team members in a diverse work environment Requirements Customer Service experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge required. English fluency required.
