Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the accountabilities and job activities of the Loan Partner II position include, but are not limited, to the following:/pullistrongDeliver WOW Service Contract to Close/strong ulliSend disclosures to borrowers with updated Needs List and get docs returned within 48 hours./liliOnce final paperwork is received, do a QC Review which includes the following: ulliBe sure docs received matches checklist./liliOrganize assets/income./liliMortgage Banker Checklist/Quality Assurance Checklist./liliFile turned into processing within 24 hours of receipt./li/ul/li/ul/liliNew contracts introduction to realtors via email. ulliEmail L.O. to do a warm/fuzzy call to both agents./li/ul/liliTuesday Realtor Status Updates./li/ulullistrongEnsure Documents to Closing within 48 Hours/strong ulliProductive Weekly Status Calls./liliPipeline meeting weekly with processors./liliPre Close Checklist with Client 48 hours before closing./liliAttend closing if LO cannot (15 minutes max)./liliCall and get all conditions./li/ul/li/ulullistrongWorking with Clients/strong ulliResearch Client Scenarios with Underwriting and Inv. Guidelines./liliAssist LO with callbacks of borrowers to set up face to face appointments only. LP2s are not permitted to discuss loan terms./li/ul/li/ulpThis position is prohibited from discussing and/or negotiating loan terms with borrowers. At least one year experience in the mortgage industry. High school Diploma or equivalent. Communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail oriented and organized./ppWill have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle and eye strain.
