In this role, youll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on nursing support, and help create a warm and respectful experience for participants and their families every day.ResponsibilitiesThere are no bedside responsibilities involved in this roleProvide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participantsCommunicate effectively with participants, families, and staffPartner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operationsComplete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR systemSupport seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassionCredentials and Qualifications NeededActive Registered Nurse (RN) licenseAt least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferredExperience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care settingCompassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior careComfort with computers and electronic medical records There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
