The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for strengthening the organisation's security posture across both corporate IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role focuses on maturing the organisation's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) capability by executing cyber risk assessments, enhancing security policies and standards, and providing oversight of the vulnerability management lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport transition and ongoing alignment to NIST CSF 2.0, focusing on the "Govern" function and integration of business areas and risk strategies.Act as GRC SME for Operational Technology, collaborating with plant engineers to align manufacturing controls with IEC 62443.Draft, review, and update Information Security Policies, Standards, and Guidelines to ensure they are practical, enforceable, and compliant.Evaluate security posture of critical suppliers and vendors, identifying supply chain risks prior to onboarding.Monitor the vulnerability management lifecycle to ensure IT and OT teams meet remediation timelines, and produce monthly metrics and dashboards highlighting trends, aging risks, and SLA breaches.Promote a cyber-safe culture through security awareness campaigns.About YouBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent industry experience3+ years' experience in Cyber Security, Risk Management, or IT/OT AuditDemonstrated experience with NIST CSF and understanding of other security standardsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business languageSelf-motivated with a strong collaborative mindsetWhy Orora?Hybrid working - 2 office days per weekPurchase up to 4 weeks additional leave per yearElectric Vehicle monthly subscription availablePaid Parental Leave of 16 weeksDiscounts available on health care, gyms, spas, beverages & more!#J-18808-Ljbffr
