Apply via Dice today!We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager or Sales & Business Development Representative to lead the growth of an innovative Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge cybersecurity solution designed to deliver immersive, hands-on training and simulation environments for organizations across industries.The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales, with a strong track record of generating new business, building strategic relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential and visibility across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Generation:Identify, target, and engage prospective customers across government, defense, education, and commercial sectorsDevelop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (cold outreach, email campaigns, social media, events)Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals highlighting the value of CRaaS solutionsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract executionAccount Management & Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersServe as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with customer training and operational needsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer engagementMarket Strategy & Collaboration:Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine go-to-market strategiesRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinarsReporting & Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM toolsTrack key performance metrics and provide regular sales forecasts and updates to leadershipRequired Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology)Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and training platformsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
