This position will function as a secondary machine operator during machine changeovers. This position will also assist in the Fit for Use processes to ensure granulations meet optimal run ability characteristics.ShiftFirst Shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, or as job responsibilities requireEssential FunctionsAssist operators in daily machine operations such as troubleshootingWeigh buckets and/or barrels of tablets, capsules, softgelsPerform quality checks on tablets and/or capsulesCreate labelsWrap pallets of finished product and move them to the warehouseCo-mill productAssist operators during machine changeovers, including washing of machines and machine parts, to meet established standards of quality and efficiencyAssist in the softgel area by filling trays, conducting inspections, and cleaning equipmentInspect, polish and measure tooling and record data in tooling software programOperate the capsule CheckweigherPerform daily verification of scale accuracyEnter data in excel filesPerform job duties in a manner that meets company Quality and Safety standardsPay$19.07 to 20.98 / HourQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience0-1 year of experienceExperience working in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferredExperience working with powders and high speed manufacturing equipment preferredSpecialized Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge of basic mathSkills in troubleshootingBenefits PackageStandard Process is proud to be a top workplace.
