As a Client Associate, you will assist clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through our suite of financial solutions. You will support the sales and finance teams and contribute to client relationship management. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring a seamless experience for clients by efficiently addressing their needs and concerns.QualificationsStrong Client Services and Communication skills to manage relationships effectively and deliver exceptional client supportProficiency in Finance to understand and provide tailored solutions for clientsExcellent Analytical Skills to assess client needsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferredPrior experience in a customer-facing role in the financial services industry is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
