Specializing in a variety of aquatic projects including commercial Aquatic Centers, Swimming Pools & Spas, Water Parks, Slides, Splash Pads, Fountains/Water Features, and zoo exhibits.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Project Manager at Western Water Features. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, managing of onsite crews & subcontractors, attending OAC meetings, working with Owners & General Contractors, and overseeing quality control. This role is primarily on-site at various project locations in the Northern/Bay Area/Central California area, and part-time in the office located in El Dorado Hills, CA, with flexibility for remote work.QualificationsExtensive knowledge in the Commercial Pool Industry & Public Works ConstructionProject Coordination and Construction Management skillsBudgeting and SchedulingExperience in commercial construction projectsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of industry regulations and standardsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus but not requiredAbility to travel when needed
