Our mission is to bring bridal dreams to life with love and inclusivity at the heart of all we do.Reports to: VP of SalesMission:To elevate sales performance and partner engagement by delivering timely, high-impact communications that inform, motivate, and enable our B2B audience to confidently sell Maggie Sottero Designs.Role Description:The B2B Communications & Sales Coordinator is a strategic storyteller and operational powerhouse who fuels sales performance through clear, compelling, and actionable communications. This role owns the creation and execution of B2B messaging across the Sales organization—ensuring Retailers, Stylists, and external sales partners are consistently informed, inspired, and equipped to succeed.Blending brand voice, sales strategy, and modern communication tools (including AI), this role is critical to scaling knowledge, driving engagement, and accelerating revenue impact across our wholesale network.Core Responsibilities:Sales Enablement & CommunicationsOwn and execute multi-audience email drip campaigns (Sales Force, Retailers, Stylists) that drive adoption, readiness, and action.Deliver polished weekly communications that keep Sales and Retail partners aligned, informed, and energized.Create launch, training, and product education content that translates design vision into retail success.Develop onboarding communication journeys that accelerate new boutique ramp-up and confidence.Campaigns, Programs & EventsLead all communications for Market events, Retailer initiatives, and Stylist Incentive Programs and Maggie Club.Translate promotional strategies into clear, compelling narratives that motivate participation and performance.Build and maintain forward-looking monthly content calendars to ensure proactive, well-coordinated messaging.Executive & Strategic SupportGhostwrite and prepare presentations, messaging, and communications on behalf of the VP of Sales.Develop decks, talking points, and written assets for special projects and leadership initiatives.Operational ExcellenceManage B2B distribution lists, communication platforms, and workflows (Klaviyo, Portal, Wrike).Leverage AI and automation tools to increase speed, personalization, and scalability without sacrificing brand voice.Own editing and quality control for all Sales-facing communications—ensuring clarity, consistency, and excellence.Capture meeting notes, action items, and sales communications to keep teams aligned and accountable.Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Design teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.Serve as a trusted communications advisor across the Sales organization.Provide backup support for B2C and Customer Success copy during peak needs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldProven writing portfolio demonstrating versatility across audiences and formatsExperience with email platforms, project management tools, and CMS systems (Klaviyo, Microsoft Suite, Wrike preferred)Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance communication workflowsExperience in fashion, product, lifestyle, or B2B environments preferredBridal retail or design house experience a plusCore Competencies:Compelling, confident communicator across formats and audiencesStrategic thinker with strong execution instinctsExceptional attention to detail and brand voice stewardshipOrganized, proactive, and deadline-drivenAdaptable and calm in a fast-moving, evolving environmentCollaborative partner with a service-oriented mindsetEngaged in current content, enablement, and digital communication best practicesCurious and skilled in using AI as a productivity and creative acceleratorProfessional Standards & Values:Acts with integrity and accountabilityDemonstrates strong ownership and follow-throughMaintains a professional, positive presence in all interactionsBrings energy, curiosity, and pride to their workAligns with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Maggie Sottero DesignsSalary:Based on ExperienceBenefits:Wages- Based on ExperienceMedical – 4 plans through Select HealthHSA – Employee contributesProfit-sharing – discretionary; dependent on profits of the company.Dental – Principal.Vision- Principal.401k plan – Company matches $.50 up to 5% of income or 2.5%Employees can purchase Voluntary Short Term Disability.Group Life and AD&D Principal. – Company pays 100%, $15,000Accident- Principal.
