LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH ALUMINIUM CASTING EXPERIENCE AS WELL.MUST COME OUT OF A METAL FOUNDRY TYPE OF PLANT FOR THIS ROLE LIKE A CASTING PLANT.SHIFT: MON-FRI 5AM-230PM/4PM (SOME SATS TOO)Process EngineerConduct process development activities, including developing of First Articles, and master sequence of operations to meet customer requirements; not so important. wkg with new product engineer, be involved when it is released to the floor after First Articles.Develop best practices and manufacturing instructions for processes. Educate staff regarding capabilities and best practices. Develop visual aidesAnalyze, develop, and perform corrective actions to change production processes to ensure the elimination non-conforming products; In concert with Quality dept.Analyze scrap data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions (i.e. installed thermocouple reading by Raspberry PI HAT in the permanent mold to make sure temperature meets requirements).Develop and perform activities to increase production performance, and decrease production cost (7 ways approach);Design, defined materials, and 3D print spare parts/jigs/special tools/patterns Features; Will be involved but the new product engineer helpConducting M.I.S. data transfer from server to MS Sharepoint;Plan activities for Kaizen events, leading improvements during events; Highlights: 100% increasing the performance of the permanent mold department for certain products manufacturing. 5% decreasing scrap implementing DOE results and process improvements#J-18808-Ljbffr
