The successful candidate will be accountable for the planning, oversight, and execution of clinical development programs and studies, including budgeting, financial oversight, and ensuring GCP compliance. This leadership position involves close collaboration with key investigators and thought leaders, managing internal staff and external consultants, and maintaining relationships with CROs. The Head of Clinical Operations will also be responsible for the development of the clinical operations infrastructure, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring that clinical trials meet their objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.Applicants for the Head of Clinical Operations role at the company should have a strong background in clinical development, with a focus on operational aspects. The role requires the ability to develop and maintain key relationships, oversee study project plans, and contribute to the development of essential clinical documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and mentoring a clinical operations team, as well as a proven track record in CRO oversight and vendor management.
