The Lead Security Technician will be responsible for overseeing the installation, programming, testing, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of Intrusion, Access control, and Video surveillance systems. Responsibilities also include implementing industry best practices for security and safety systems, as well as mentoring junior-level team members. QualificationsExperience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesProficiency in installing and maintaining enterprise-level intrusion, Access Control, and Video Surveillance systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesValid certifications in relevant technical fields are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or higher education in a related field is preferred
