Company Description We are a siding and gutters company and our goal is that your house look brand new again Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Raleigh, NC. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and effectively communicating the benefits of the company's construction and gutter services. The role includes meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and performance. It also involves collaborating with the team to achieve company sales goals and objectives. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent time management, organization, and multitasking skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applicationsExperience in construction or a similar industry is a plusFlexibility to work on-site and a valid driver's licensE and your own carWe pay through transfer or (zelle) once the contract with the client is closed 5% of the value of the work.
