We will give you a place to work hard, improve your skills, build important relationships, and accumulate accomplishments.ResponsibilitiesYour written work will include pleadings, brief writing, discovery requests and responses, and more.Consistent with your comfort and ability, you will be responsible to take and defend depositions, and to make court appearances. You will participate in all phases of litigation including depositions, mediations, and trials.You will interact with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.Consistent with your comfort and ability, you will have direct input regarding litigation strategies and next steps.We are problem solvers for our business litigation clients. Consistent with your comfort and ability, we will welcome your innovative problem solving ideas.You will have opportunities to develop your own reputation including Bar involvement, and speaking opportunties.QualificationsTop 20% of your law school class.Law review and/or moot court experience.Federal court or appellate clerkship preferred.Law degree and license to practice law in Georgia.Superior writing skills are a must.We solve problems and your problem solving skills are essential.Employment TypeFull-time
