Tombras was recently named 2025 AdAge Agency of the year and 2024 AdAge Independent Agency of the Year.Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN.What to expect as an Art Director Intern at Tombras:Commitment to a 9 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 6/2/26 and ending on 7/31/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.What You'll Be DoingWork with the Creative team to contribute to the conceptual and visual development of various projectsCollaborate with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers to execute design directionCreate and edit digital assets for both internal presentations and client deliverablesResearch trends and assist in creating mood boards, sketches and presentation decksOther responsibilities and tasks as assignedWhat You BringCandidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required) A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see itProficiency in a Mac environment and experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and KeynoteYou work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environmentYou must be extremely organized and detail-orientedYou possess strong written and verbal communication skillsWhy You'll Want To Work At TombrasFamily - It comes first, on every list.
