Role Description This full-time on-site Behavioral Consultant role is based in New Milford, PA. The Behavioral Consultant will design and implement behavior management plans to support the developmental and behavioral needs of children and youth. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individualized behavior analysis and modification strategies, and working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to guide effective interventions. The consultant will actively support behavioral health goals and ensure the program's objectives are met. Qualifications Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to create and execute effective plans.Knowledge in Psychology and Behavior Modification practices to address specific behavioral challenges.Proficiency in Behavioral Health techniques to promote overall well-being and mental health support.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience working with youth in behavioral or social services settings is a plus.Ability to work independently and adapt strategies to fit individual client needs.
