We are a certified SBA HUBZone and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and operational excellence.Position SummaryThe Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations and strategic execution of a large-scale federal cybersecurity and fraud analytics program. This role oversees multidisciplinary teams supporting fraud analytics, cybersecurity monitoring, forensic analysis, and predictive analytics. The position ensures alignment with federal requirements, program objectives, and stakeholder expectations while driving operational performance, governance, and delivery across a complex enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operational oversight and strategic execution of the cybersecurity and fraud analytics program.Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting fraud analytics, predictive analytics, forensic analysis, and cybersecurity monitoring.Coordinate incident response activities and ensure alignment with federal policies and program objectives.Oversee staffing, onboarding, and resource allocation for program personnel.Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholder engagement and program coordination.Develop and maintain program plans, governance documentation, and risk management artifacts.Coordinate with federal cybersecurity and business stakeholders to align operational priorities.Oversee delivery of monthly/quarterly reports, executive briefings, and leadership deliverables.Support implementation of fraud analytics strategies, machine learning initiatives, and detection methodologies.Ensure timely coordination of fraud incidents, mitigation efforts, and response activities.Collaborate across business units and cybersecurity teams to ensure program success.Support continuous improvement of program operations, reporting, and analytical capabilities.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud analytics, data analytics, or large-scale enterprise operations.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex enterprise or federal environments.Experience supporting fraud analytics, cybersecurity monitoring, predictive analytics, or incident response operations.Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and fraud detection methodologies.Experience with program governance, reporting, and operational planning.Strong communication skills with ability to brief leadership and executive stakeholders.PreferredExperience supporting IRS, Treasury, Federal Civilian, Intelligence Community, or regulated environments.Experience with SIEM platforms, fraud analytics ecosystems, or machine learning-driven programs.Familiarity with predictive analytics, forensic analysis, ETL processes, and cybersecurity tools.Experience developing executive briefings, dashboards, and operational reports.Knowledge of IRS Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) or similar federal governance frameworks.Experience with cloud-based analytics or big data environments.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; retirement savings options; and professional development opportunities.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementThe company is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
