Recruiter – Talent Acquisition SpecialistPosition SummaryA growing organization is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle talent acquisition efforts across multiple departments. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordinationPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profilesDevelop and post job advertisements across job boards, social media platforms, and professional networksReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignmentCoordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain consistent communication with applicants throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experienceConduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment screening activitiesMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support offer preparation, onboarding activities, and new hire coordinationBuild and maintain relationships with colleges, community organizations, staffing partners, and professional networksAttend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to promote employment opportunitiesAssist in developing recruiting strategies to improve hiring efficiency and attract high-quality talentCommunity Outreach & Talent SourcingProactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry-specific platformsSupport employer branding initiatives and community engagement effortsDevelop recruiting pipelines for current and future hiring needsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring outcomesQualificationsMinimum of 2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferredExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologiesStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms preferredEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required#INMAY2026
