Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound calls to warm leads with highest customer service.Conduct in-depth product or service presentations to potential clients.Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs.Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address the specific needs of each prospect.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes.Driven, upbeat, the glass is half full, ready to build, sell and be the face of the company.
