Key Responsibilities Greet and direct all visitors, ensuring they are checked in Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Assist with data entry, filing, and the preparation of reports or presentations as needed
Skills and ExperienceIdeal candidate will have at least 2 years of office clerical experience, comfortable with Google Workspace, and well organized.
