The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts efficiently, and providing excellent service to ensure client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their financial needs, providing tailored funding solutions, and working closely with internal teams to resolve any client issues. The role also involves staying updated on company offerings and market developments to effectively address client needs.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clientsCustomer service or account management experience, showcasing problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with finance, lending, or business funding processesOrganizational skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts and prioritiesProficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systemsTeam collaboration skills alongside an ability to work independentlyBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
