Additionally, this company is committed to: Investing in employee development and career progression Supporting a strong safety-first culture Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion Delivering meaningful projects that positively impact communities Maintaining a workplace where people enjoy the work they do and the teams they work with Job Details Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction Proficiency in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and bid analysis Experience preparing conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials Experience with estimating software and digital takeoff tools Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes and bid leveling Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working in a team-oriented preconstruction environment Interested in hearing more?
