ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) $50,000- $55,000A well-established organization in the automotive manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and wants to be part of a collaborative, long-tenured team.OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detailMatch purchase orders, verify receipts, and resolve discrepanciesMaintain organized vendor files and ensure timely payment processingReconcile vendor statements and research outstanding or missing itemsSupport month-end close with AP reports and accrualsPartner with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve questionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experienceStrong numerical accuracy and data entry skillsExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environmentClear communication and strong problem-solving abilities
