The successful candidate will be a seasoned product leader, capable of both strategic vision and hands-on execution, particularly in the context of a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for the VP of Product include defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy, owning the product roadmap, driving product-market fit initiatives, and establishing product metrics that align with business objectives. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, AI/ML, sales, and customer success, to ensure the product meets the needs of both commercial and government sectors.Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior product leadership roles. Deep experience in enterprise SaaS, particularly with a focus on geo-spatial, intelligence, or data analytics platforms, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dual-use, DefenseTech, GovTech, or similar sectors, and experience in scaling products from early growth stage to enterprise maturity. Technical skills should include experience with modern data platforms, real-time analytics, big data processing, and knowledge of natural language processing and automated data extraction technologies. A background in intelligence, defense, or national security sectors, as well as experience with government contracting and international expansion, is highly desirable.
