We're Hiring: HR Generalist & Recruiter (On-Site | Buena Park, CA)Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: 6645 Caballero Blvd, Buena Park, CA 90620Schedule: On-Site, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PSTCompensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + Annual Bonus EligibleAbout The RoleWe are looking for an HR Generalist & Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting core HR functions across the organization. This role exists to source, attract, and hire top talent across all levels — including executive and campus recruitment — while ensuring a seamless, compliant hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You'll partner closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, deliver strategic talent solutions, and help build a diverse workforce aligned with company growth.What You'll DoManage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboardingConduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, partnering with hiring managers on staffing needs and final selectionNegotiate offers and contracts with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with employment and labor lawsMaintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruiting activity within the ATSSupport employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hiresSource and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, cold outreach, and lead generationCollaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and provide strategic talent management guidanceImplement innovative recruiting strategies to build pipelines across all levels of the organization including executive and campus hiresParticipate in campus recruitment events and other talent attraction initiativesManage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accurate documentation and reportingRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience in recruiting, particularly in technical or internal recruiting environmentsStrong understanding of HRIS systems such as PaychexKnowledge of employment and labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring processExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectivelyHighly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple open positions simultaneouslyPreferred Experience & SkillsExperience with executive recruitment and campus recruiting initiativesFamiliarity with sales principles and relationship management techniquesDemonstrated ability to conduct research and build effective talent acquisition strategiesExperience using social media management tools for recruiting and employer brandingExcellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate interviews and cross-functional collaborationCurrent Tech StackPaychex (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and outreachWhat We OfferSalary range: $75,000 – $85,000 + annual bonus eligible401(k)Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid time offReferral program#TalentPop
