This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on PCB assembly, soldering, SMT support, component handling, inspection, and general electronics production.This position is a strong fit for candidates with an electronics, electrical engineering, manufacturing, or technical background who want to gain practical experience in electronics manufacturing. OPT students and recent graduates with valid work authorization are welcome to apply.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:PCB assembly and solderingThrough-hole solderingSMT operation and line supportComponent placement and inspectionProgramming/flashing supportBasic electronics assembly and reworkFollowing work instructions, travelers, quality procedures, and production documentationSupporting production, material handling, and basic manufacturing tasks as neededAssisting with process improvements and production support when applicableRequired QualificationsAuthorization to work in the United StatesValid OPT work authorization is acceptableWillingness to work on-site at our Livonia, Michigan facilityInterest in PCB assembly, SMT, soldering, and electronics manufacturingStrong attention to detailReliable, punctual, and team-orientedWillingness to learn and support multiple areas of productionPreferred QualificationsPrior experience is helpful, but not required.
