Most days will be spent in the field inspecting hydrants, turning valves, painting, lifting equipment, and working alongside operational crews. There is no office component. This is a professional work environment. Employees are expected to arrive on time, follow safety procedures at all times, communicate effectively with supervisors, and complete assigned work responsibly. Knowledge/Skills What We Are Looking For Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently when assigned tasks Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience/Education Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Ability to report to work for early morning start times (typically between 6:307:00 AM) Physically able to work outdoors in summer heat and perform physical tasks Work Environment Must be physically able to work indoor or outdoor during seasonal heat and cold or other adverse weather conditions. Must be physically able to complete necessary tasks while wearing approved personal protective equipment. Must be able to remain alert and attentive to job requirements and co-workers. Schedule: Days and hours will vary by location. Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
