Here, your performance has purpose.What You Will Be DoingThe Product Manager – Vokey Wedges will partner closely with the Senior Marketing Director to help lead the global Vokey wedge portfolio—from new product development through lifecycle management and go‑to‑market execution. This role works cross‑functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Ecommerce teams to ensure products are developed, launched, and supported with precision and impact. You’ll own the day‑to‑day management of the WedgeWorks line, including limited releases and ongoing offerings, while serving as a product expert and contributing to the broader Vokey product strategy. This is a hands‑on role for a detail‑oriented, collaborative product leader who thrives at the intersection of performance, innovation, and execution.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management, marketing, operations/planning, or salesStrong golf acumen with solid business and product planning skillsProven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and lead within team environmentsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop practical solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and time managementHigh attention to detail and follow‑throughIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointDependable, accountable, and able to work effectively in dynamic, fast‑paced settingsOur Commitment to YouAt Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
