Accounts Receivable Specialist (Real Estate)

💼 What You’ll Do:Oversee accounts receivable for a diverse portfolio of propertiesPrepare and distribute tenant invoices (rent, CAM, and more)Monitor outstanding balances and handle collections with professionalismReconcile tenant accounts and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with internal teams and property staff across multiple locationsWork with industry-leading property management and accounting systemsContribute to process improvements and reporting initiatives✅ What We’re Looking For:Experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting roleReal estate experience is a plusFamiliarity with MRI and/or Yardi is highly desirable (or willingness to learn)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
