Accounts Payable Specialist

Purchaser and Distributor of electronics is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist role supporting a high-volume environment (600–700 invoices/month). This is a hands-on position managing full-cycle AP, vendor reconciliations, payment runs, and resolving discrepancies/credits.You’ll also gain exposure to intercompany transactions, month-end support, commissions validation, and sales tax oversight (Avalara).
