Role Description We are hiring for various positions in the restaurant at Crust Simply Italian Restaurant & Catering. Roles involve providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Positions may also include responsibilities like assisting with hiring and training staff. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mesa, AZ. Qualifications Skills in Food Service and Food Preparation, ensuring quality and timely delivery of meals.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for creating exceptional guest experiences.Experience in Hiring and team collaboration to maintain a quality workforce.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.Previous experience in the restaurant or catering industry is preferred but not required.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Passion for delivering an authentic Italian dining experience.
