Shipping Technician

We do this through unyielding quality, safety and integrity, our commitment to accountability and ownership, teamwork and creating better solutions by simplifying the complex.Summary:The Shipping Technician is responsible for the picking and shipping of scheduled shipments to support our customers’ needs. You will be required to ensure inventory is accurate and restocked daily along with shipping supplies. You will be responsibility for keeping a clean, safe work environment up to cGMP standards. Shipping technicians work in a clean and quite environment with set work schedules and limited Saturday requirements.Essential functions:Pick and verify shipments for customer ordersBox and ship customer ordersStock and keep accurate inventories daily Verify accuracy and completeness of shipping paperworkWork with and backup warehouse personnelOther job duties as assignedRequirementsRequired Qualifications & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a shipping environment is preferredDesired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must be able to lift min 50lbsMust be able to lift 30lbs repeatedlyAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organizationAbility to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practicesKnowledge and understanding of cGMP standards are a plusSCA Pharma is an equal opportunity employer (Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans).
