You’ll be the connective tissue between our teams and our guests — ensuring both locations run smoothly, our staff feels supported, and every customer leaves with a great experience.What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & CultureRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across both locationsFoster a positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in hospitality valuesConduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessionsManage scheduling, staffing levels, and conflict resolution Guest ExperienceChampion a consistently excellent guest experience at both locationsRespond to guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and careSet and uphold service standards, ensuring the team embodies them daily Operations & FacilitiesOversee day-to-day operations at both NYC locations, coordinating between sites as neededMaintain facilities to brand standards — managing vendor relationships, repairs, cleanliness, and complianceImplement and improve operational systems, processes, and workflowsPartner with ownership/leadership on budgets, ordering, and inventory management What We’re Looking For3–6 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality settingsProven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations or departmentsStrong operational instincts with a knack for solving problems on the flyA genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable moving between locations and managing competing prioritiesAbility to navigate POS systems, scheduling software, and basic P&L reportingRequirementsWeekend and evening availability Ability to lift 25 lbs Compensation & BenefitsBase salary starting at $85,000, commensurate with experienceHealth benefitsPaid time offEqual OpportunityHappy Medium is an equal opportunity employer and values an inclusive, diverse workplace.
